S1 shop is located in Tallinn, Viru väljak 2, Metro Plaza building. Packages can be take out from Monday till Friday 9:00-20:00
The goods can be received from the cashier.
If You order from Monday to Friday (till 16:30 o'clock) you get your goods same day. If You make order after 16:30 o'clock, You get your goods next day.
You can get your order if you show cashier your ID and order number.
No transport fee.
In case You don't come to pick Your order up in 14 days, we will take it as a withdrawal from the contract. Purchase of amount will be transfered back to Your account instantly, but not later than 30 days.
Return and exchange
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The Seller must submit a withdrawal application within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods for the exchange and return of the Products. The withdrawal application can be submitted as follows:
- A completed return / withdrawal form is sent with the returned Products to the Seller
- By sending an explicit e-mail in free from to email@example.com
- By submitting the completed return form on the website
Returns received by the Seller will only be accepted with the completed return form or application.

Returns to the S1 store checkout are FREE OF CHARGE.
The return of the Product through a parcel terminal or courier is PAYABLE FOR THE CLIENT!
The Seller returns the purchase amount to the Customernot later than 14 daysafter receipt of the Product. Returns are made to the same account, from which Customer paid for the returned order.

By returning the Product with SmartPost, you can use the same code that you received the package.
Replaceable or refundable Products may not be damaged or with wearing marks, the Product must be in its original packaging and all original labels must be on the Product. In the event of a deterioration in the condition of the item to be returned, the Customer shall be liable for the reduction of the value resulting from the use of the item only if he / she has used the item in any other way than necessary in order to be convinced in the nature, characteristics and operation of the Product. In order to be convinced in the nature, characteristics and operation of the item, the Customer should handle and use the item only as if it would normally be allowed to do it in the shop.
The Customer is required to open the packaging of the Product with care, without damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened without damaging it, the return of the Product in the original packaging is not required. The original packaging must be film-coated.
