Returns Policy
We accept returns only if you have notified us in advance. If you wish to return a product, please inform us by email at epood@S1.ee.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
Please include a copy of the invoice in the package so we can quickly identify and process your return.
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and show no signs of wear. All original tags must be attached (if applicable).
If you are returning the product in our paper bag, please remove all loose staples to ensure safe handling at the sorting center.
The product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality (as you would in a store).
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by up to 15% if the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g. odors, pet hair, unfastened buttons, etc.).
Please open the packaging carefully and pack the product securely when returning it. If the product is damaged, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
We will refund the purchase amount promptly after receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made to the same account used for the original payment (via Maksekeskus).
Returning the Product
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the service provider. We do not offer return codes.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us by email at epood@S1.ee – we will find a quick solution.
There are two options for exchanges:
1. Faster option
If you want to exchange your product quickly, we recommend placing a new order in our e-shop. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
The returned product will be refunded no later than 14 days after it has reached us.
2. Exchange via return
Return the product and include a written note in the package indicating which product you would like in exchange.
The new product will be dispatched once we have received your return.
If there is a price difference, either the customer or we will cover the difference accordingly.
